Affordable Counselling

Affordable Counselling is an Individual Counselling session that offers a safe and nurturing space to explore your story, emotions, and deeply held beliefs. Our experienced counsellors will journey with you to uncover root causes and truths, not just symptoms, and help you build insight and resilience through healing at all levels: emotional, mental, spiritual, and physical.
​Affordable Counselling fees are based on a sliding scale based on your income. The cost begins at $50 per person for an income less than $49,000, $100 per person for an income between $50,000 and $74,000, and is capped at $150 for an income of $75,000 and above.
